Which Odoo versions are supported?
Odoo v16 through v19, hosted or on-premise, over JSON-RPC. The version is detected automatically when you connect.
Does it sync both ways?
Yes. You choose the direction per resource — Woo → Odoo, Odoo → Woo, or both — so nothing moves that you didn't ask for.
What happens to orders placed while Odoo is offline?
They queue. Jobs retry with backoff and every attempt is visible on the Jobs screen, so nothing is silently dropped.
Can I map custom fields?
Yes. The Field Mapping screen matches WooCommerce fields and meta_data to Odoo fields per resource type, with per-row direction.
Do I need to install anything in WordPress?
No plugin. SyncO connects through the WooCommerce REST API and registers its own webhooks.
How do I disconnect?
One click on the Connection screen. SyncO deletes the webhooks it created in WooCommerce and stops all sync.
